Some of you wonder why you haven’t manifested your SP (specific person) yet. I got you covered. This article will talk about limiting beliefs, why you are resisting your manifestation, how to fix it so that you manifest your SP.
When you resist manifesting your SP: limiting beliefs
And the winner is: your beliefs!
When I talk to you, you typically tell me that you keep affirming and nothing happens the way you affirm. Then, I ask you to give me an example of what to affirm. Most of the time, you affirm around your SP (specific person). Things like “My SP thinks about me all the time, my SP chooses me”. OK. So, then I ask you “and what are the affirmations about you?”. Usually nothing.
Let me be clear: affirming over a poor self-concept cannot work. Trust me, I’ve tried it with very limited results. Simply because manifesting relates to the Law of Assumption whereby what you assume to be true manifests. And you believe your beliefs to be true since you were conditioned to think that way.
Therefore, unless your self-concept is great, you affirming until you turn blue shouldn’t make much of a difference.
Don’t feel bad about it. In today’s video, you will see that you cannot blame yourself for believing in what you are believing. However, as an adult, you can claim your power back and be mindful that your words work in your favour. And they will work in your favour when they blossom in a supportive environment. Meaning when they do not contradict your core beliefs.
Time in manifestation becomes your enemy
The other aspect I have noticed during my sessions is the element of time. I can SO relate!! But checking the time it takes for you to be with your SP can only work against you. Because it implies that you are in lack since you are not with them. It also suggests that you don’t trust that this is happening any time soon for you.
Trust me, I know this is not an easy aspect of manifestation that is an easy fix. But understand this: universal time differs from earthy time. People who went through NDE (Near Death Experience) have commented that they had the feeling they were gone for a few seconds or minutes whereas for us they were gone sometimes for hours.
Your manifesting tracking system is incorrect
This is also an issue, especially when you manifest an SP or money to pay the bills. You automatically look in your physical reality where it is. And if it doesn’t show up fast, you conclude that manifesting doesn’t work.
After a while, some of you give up and are shocked when their manifestation shows up suddenly. Their SP shows up, not because they gave up on them, but because they detached enough from the old story to let the new story unfold. You cannot experience two stories at the same time. It is either the continuity of the old story or a new one. And the new story can only materialise when we focus enough on it while detaching from the old. There is a subtle balance here, however it is important.
Some manifestors then get confused between letting go and persisting but there are two very different mindsets that are both essential for any manifestation to flow.
The best tracking system there is has always been, is and will always be your feelings. How you feel about you now in comparison to the way you felt about you before working on your self-concept. And how detached you feel towards the outcome, knowing that your manifestation is yours by Universal Law.
Trying to manifest your SP too much
This is a biggie, to be honest. I am talking to lots of manifestors around the world, and interestingly, I am used to hearing from 90% of them that they are trying this or that technique. Then, we get to talk about the type of affirmations they use. And what they think about the rest of the day. After talking to manifestors, I can see that the intensity some would put on their manifestation is counterproductive. Please watch the video on this below:
How to fix your manifestation?
In parallel to working on your self-concept and your manifesting foundational beliefs, you may want to built on your momentum, increase your level of happiness and accept delivery of your manifestation.
Mental diet: Don’t flip around your thoughts
I recommend mental diets when manifesting, to get back on track. However, I would like you to be mindful of the way you handle your negative thoughts.
Your negative and unsupportive thoughts in relation to your manifestation. The nuance is massive.
When you flip your thoughts around, ideally your new thoughts should be accepted as being true instead, right? Except that, if you have been believing one thing to be true for years, what makes you think that you will accept the opposite without any new evidence or basis?
Therefore, how successful are you in the flipping your thoughts around?

Build on each and every one of your momentum
Some manifestors don’t dare to dream too much in case their manifestation doesn’t show up. They don’t want to be disappointed. So, when they start thinking as if they were experiencing their manifestation, they redirect that lovely momentum to a more negative scenario where they feel safe. And they feel safe in the negative scenario because it feels familiar. It is familiar because you have either experienced that possibility or have been conditioned that way.
Well, the truth is, the brand-new plant in my living room will die unless I keep watering it. The same goes with your manifestations. Nurture your manifestations with loving thoughts. Just check you don’t feel icky as you do. If you feel off as you think about your SP, time to review your beliefs about yourself, your SP and relationships.
Increase your quota of happiness
This is sometimes overlooked, and yet, unless you accept to feel joy, you are restricting your electromagnetic field otherwise known as your quantum bubble. See, everything comes down to you feeling capable of experiencing your manifestation and increasing your quota of happiness. Some coaches would call it to feel deserving. Although I understand the deservedness type of feeling, to me it makes more sense to check if I have increased my quota of happiness. Am I OK to feel happy or do I feel guilty, ashamed or selfish?
This is when it gets interesting because hidden negative beliefs could still be at play. It is especially true if you have suffered any type of trauma. Usually, a trauma stops your level of happiness. This is because when a manifestor is trapped in the trauma, for some odd reason they feel guilty and ashamed. Being a victim is a vicious circle because you need to move away from the guilt and shame. Those two emotions being the worst levels of emotions that would get you stuck in the abyss of darkness.
Unfortunately, this is a prerequisite to be free from your mental prison and let your heart express its desires.
Accept delivery of your manifestation
All the manifestors I talk to would tell me “Of course, I want my SP, why do you think I’ve booked a session with you?!” I hear you.
But when you keep reminiscing the past or the current circumstances, you are not doing yourself any favour. When you are still angry and resent the last conversation you’ve had with your SP, you are not doing yourself any favour. Or when you wonder why they haven’t contacted you yet, you are still not in the receiving mode.
When you think about them without feeling sad or upset, but feeling joy or reminiscing a good moment spent together, when you can laugh of a joke they once made, when you smile as you see a couple dining at the same table you once did, you know you are in the right direction.
Accepting your manifestation is feeling ok about your manifestation, at least. Think about it. Knowing everybody is you pushed out, you know that your SP intuitively knows the way you feel towards them. So, who in their right mind would like to be with you knowing you resent them? To be a magnet to your SP so that your SP can’t resist you, think lovingly about them. To add to that, understand that they will reciprocate your lovely thoughts by thinking lovingly about you, too.
In other words, the next time you start having an argument with them in your head, imagine that they are in front of you. And imagine their reaction. Do you think they would react lovingly to sweet words or to a fight? Exactly.
Powerful manifestation affirmations
I have enough clients to know that affirmations are important to you 😊. And in fairness, they are essential to me, too! But, to the point of repeating myself again and again, be mindful of when and how you affirm. Your affirmations are not some magical tool that will manifest for you. However, they do help you keep focused on what matters, which is:
- You being the operant power of your reality
- Being happy is your priority and responsibility
- Your external world being a reflection of your energetic signature (thoughts and feelings)
- The SP will interact with you in relation to what your self-concept and how you perceive them as well as relationships
Now, to make your affirmations powerful, your best strategy is to ensure that you affirm on top of changed beliefs. Your affirmations do not replace your old beliefs. So, work on your self-concept (it doesn’t have to take long at all) and stick to the new beliefs about yourself. Then, as you feel that you are a good catch, your affirmations will be in the flow. You will also feel calmer and more composed than if you were to affirm as a situation has just triggered you. Your self-concept and your foundational beliefs are essentially to stabilize your emotional state.
- “I am happy to finally understand that I am the operant power and as such I can easily manifest my SP. All I have to do is select the version of them I want and detach from the outcome because my decision is final”
- “I am relieved to know that when I think lovingly about my SP, my SP thinks lovingly about me, too. This is Law”
- “Because I am a great catch, I am a magnet to my SP”
- “Because I love being me, my SP loves being with me”
Conclusion
Manifesting your SP is 100% possible when you manifest from a place of power, not when you try and force your manifestation.
